This Payment Policy explains how payments are presented and processed for purchases from Outbreak Supplements, operated by Prime Dollar LLC.
Currency and order total
Product pages, the cart, and checkout show the transaction currency. The amount presented before payment includes the merchandise subtotal, taxes, discounts, and any other displayed adjustments. Review the displayed currency and total before authorizing payment.
Payment method
PayPal is the payment method currently presented by our secure checkout. Availability can depend on your device, location, account, and the payment provider. We do not accept payment by email, text message, or customer-support form.
Authorization and order acceptance
Submitting payment authorizes the payment provider to process the displayed order total. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, an obvious pricing or description error, or an inability to fulfill the order.
Payment security
Checkout and payment processing are provided through Shopify and the payment provider. Outbreak Supplements does not ask customers to send full payment card details or account credentials to customer support.
Charges, conversion, and provider fees
Your payment provider may apply currency conversion or other account-specific charges. Those charges are determined by the provider and are not controlled by Outbreak Supplements. Review any provider notice before completing payment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. The payment provider or financial institution may require additional time to post a completed refund.
Payment questions
For an order-specific payment question, email support@outbreaksupplements.com and include the order number and email address used at checkout. Do not send payment account credentials, full card details, or sensitive health information.
